ExamSchedule – Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, processed, stored, and protected when using the ExamSchedule mobile application ("Application", "We", "Us"). By using the Application, you are deemed to have accepted this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following categories when using ExamSchedule:
1.1. Account Creation Information
During registration; • Name and Surname • Age • Email address • Password • Target university • Target department • Exam prepared for • Profile photo
1.2. Usage Data
Data automatically collected based on your actions within the application: • Practice exams you solved • Net score information (Turkish/Math/Social/Science etc.) • Solution dates • Your study records on the calendar • Application usage frequency, statistics, and performance data
1.3. Device Information
Information that may be required for the technical operation of the application: • Device model • Operating system version • Application version • Crash reports and diagnostic data Note: Sensitive permissions such as location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera are strictly not requested.
2. Purposes of Use of Information
We use the data we collect for the following purposes: • To analyze your practice exam net scores • To create progress charts and study statistics • To create and show a personalized study calendar • To provide account creation, login, and account security • To provide analysis content based on target university/department • To increase application performance, fix errors • To provide user support when necessary Your data is strictly not used for advertising, marketing, or third-party sales purposes.
3. Storage and Security of Information
• All data is stored on secure servers. • Passwords are irreversibly hashed and never kept as plain text. • Technical and administrative measures are applied to prevent unauthorized access. • Your account data is stored until you delete your account.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not share your information with third parties except in the following cases: • Legal obligations: In line with the request of authorized institutions and legal requirements. • Service providers: (If any) only with reliable companies that provide the technical infrastructure of the application, with the principle of minimum data. • When you have explicit consent: If explicit permission is requested from you for a new feature or data sharing. Your data is never given or sold to advertising companies, marketing companies, or data sellers.
5. Children's Privacy
ExamSchedule is not intended for children under 13. Data of users under 13 is not knowingly collected. If such a situation is detected, the account is deleted immediately.
6. Your Rights

7. Account Deletion and Data Deletion
When you request to delete your account: • You are asked to verify your identity. • All your personal information, net scores, and calendar records are irreversibly deleted.
8. Changes to Privacy Policy
The Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes are announced visibly within the application and become effective from the date of publication.
