Delete your account and data

1. 1Open Pidiefly and go to your profile.
2. 2Open Settings, then choose Account.
3. 3Tap Delete Account and review the notice.
4. 4Confirm the deletion request.

Email us from the address registered to your Pidiefly account. Use the subject “Pidiefly Data Deletion Request” and include the registered email address so we can verify and locate your account.

After verification, eligible account information, uploaded documents, extracted document content, and related app data will be deleted within a reasonable period. Records required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes may be retained for a limited time.
