Account & Data Deletion
At MookStudio, we respect your privacy and your right to control your data. In compliance with Google Play Store policies and GDPR, we provide a way for you to request the deletion of your account and associated data.
How to delete your account
Option 1: In-App Deletion
Most of our apps allow you to delete your account directly within the application settings:
- Open the application
- Go to Settings or Profile
- Scroll down to the 'Account' section
- Tap on Delete Account and confirm
Option 2: Web Request
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by contacting us directly. We will process your request within 30 days.
Please send an email to:
support@mookstudio.com.trSubject: Account Deletion Request - [App Name]
Body: Please include your registered email address or username so we can locate your data.
Reset Data
If you want to clear your progress (net scores, calendar, etc.) without deleting your account, you can use the 'Reset Data' feature:
- Open the application
- Go to Settings
- Tap on 'Reset Data'
- Confirm the action
What data will be deleted?
- Personal profile information (Name, Email, etc.)
- App-specific data (Schedules, Notes, Records)
- Authentication credentials
- Usage history and logs
Note: Some data may be retained for a limited period if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention).
